No. Boardroom roles are built around hourly wages, commissions, tips, full benefits for eligible team members, and operational support. You focus on the craft. We handle the overhead.

Do I need men's grooming experience?

Yes - we require at least 1 year of current/recent experience in men's grooming outside of school.

Can I grow beyond the chair?

Yes. Boardroom career paths run from stylist or barber to senior, to mentor, to manager, to trainer, to partnership opportunity. The path is visible and intentional.

What if I don't have my own clients?

Boardroom's membership model, national brand marketing, booking platform, and local market presence build your book for you. You earn the relationship. We put guests in your chair.
